Delivery times

 

  • The delivery time for merchandise in stock at the sales floor and/or warehouse will be 3-5 business days due to the logistics team's route scheduling.
  • The delivery time for special order products is 30 to 60 business days depending on the product line.
  • The delivery time for line products not in stock at the Playa del Carmen CEDIS will be 15 to 30 business days.
