2. There are no changes or returns on specially manufactured products.

3. For line products, a product exchange can only be made if the customer presents both the product and its original packaging in perfect condition and a printout of the invoice at the branch where the product was purchased. The new product will be delivered to you at the same branch since this second one does not include home delivery or assembly.

4. For line products that do not have original packaging, a charge of 20% of the total value of the product will be made in order to proceed with the physical change of the product. The product must be in perfect condition and condition, in addition to the fact that the customer must take it to the branch where they purchased it and receive the second piece that replaces it there, which does not include home delivery or assembly.

5. In the event that any of the products present manufacturing defects, the client must notify the manager of the branch where the product was purchased via email, indicating the invoice number and name of the person to whom the same document was issued, and must also briefly describe the the problem in the body of the email and attach photographs of the damage. The manager will evaluate the problem with the regional manager and a technician will be sent to the customer's home to evaluate the damage. If the damage is really a manufacturing defect, it will be corrected at the customer's home. In the event that there is no repair at the customer's home, PRISMA MUEBLES undertakes to collect the product in question, correct or change it, and redeliver and assemble it at no cost to the customer.

6. If you want a refund of your money, please send an email to ventas.online@prismamuebles.mx indicating name, invoice, brief description of the reason for the return and, if necessary, photographs that explain the problem. If the case is authorized, we will request your transfer information via email and the return will be made within a period of no more than 60 business days.
