  • Freight and assembly in the city of Playa del Carmen is free for purchases equal to or greater than $7,000.00 (seven thousand pesos 00/100 mn) VAT included, in case the purchase is less than this amount, the freight will have a cost of $580.00 (five hundred and eighty pesos 00/100 MN) In Puerto Aventuras and Puerto Morelos it will be free on purchases equal to or greater than $14,000.00 (fourteen thousand pesos 00/100 MN) VAT included, in case the purchase is less than this amount, The freight will cost $1,160.00 (one thousand one hundred and sixty pesos 00/100 MN). In the city of Tulum and Cancún it will be free on purchases equal to or greater than $21,000.00 (twenty one thousand pesos 00/100 mn) VAT included, in case the purchase is less than this amount, the freight will have a cost of $1,990.00 (one thousand nine hundred ninety pesos 00/100 MN).
  • If the delivery address is any city or territory other than those mentioned above, this service must be quoted and payment must be made in advance to be able to coordinate and route the delivery of the merchandise.
  • Each client will be notified about the day of their delivery by text message or phone call, which must be confirmed by the client. If there is no confirmation, the delivery of the merchandise cannot be coordinated or routed.
  • If the client wants a special delivery day or time, a quote for this service must be made with their sales executive.
  • The merchandise flow service will be quoted as special freight and must be charged in advance in order to schedule delivery. The cost of flying merchandise is $1,160 pesos (one thousand one hundred and sixty pesos 00/100 MN) per piece of furniture to be flown.
  • The free delivery and assembly service on the day and time of delivery will be selected by PRISMA according to its route programming. Delivery can be made to any floor, level or physical plant, if the PRISMA logistics team is allowed to take the merchandise up by elevator; If the merchandise has to be carried up the stairs, it can be carried out up to the 3rd floor or physical level of height, taking into account that the ground floor is the first level. Each extra floor, level or physical plant has a cost of $580 (five hundred and eighty pesos 00/100 MN) which must be paid in advance in order to coordinate the shipment of the merchandise. The service only includes being able to carry the merchandise from the parking place of our truck up to 50 linear meters to be able to upload merchandise through elevators and stairs, in case it is required to move the merchandise over a greater distance, the cost of this service will be between $1,160.00 (one thousand one hundred and sixty pesos 00/100 MN) for small orders (1/3 of the capacity of our truck), $2,320.00 (two thousand three hundred and twenty pesos 00/100 MN) for medium orders (1/2 of the capacity of our truck) and a special higher price quote for large orders (a full truck). Please quote this special service in advance with your sales executive.
  • The PRISMA service includes unpacking, packaging removal and assembly of all the products you purchased with us, however it does not include installation of special products such as fixing natural parota plate headboards to walls, appliances, decoration and accessories to walls and ceilings. We ask you to quote your sales executive for the service of each of these products prior to delivery. If you hire the installation service of a solid natural parota plate headboard, the wall must be made of block; it cannot be installed with drywall or durock due to its weight.
  • If when arriving at the customer's home to deliver the products, the customer is not there or is not available to receive the merchandise (upon confirmation of the delivery day), the delivery team will leave the home and payment must be made. an additional shipping service with the same cost as that originally contracted for the following shipment(s). If the first freight was free, the second scheduled freight will have the cost previously described in the first paragraph of this section.
