Freight and assembly in Playa del Carmen, Cancún, Tulum, Puerto Morelos, Puerto Aventuras, and Akumal is free for purchases of $7,000.00 (seven thousand pesos 00/100 M.N.) or more, including VAT. For purchases below this amount, freight will cost $580.00 (five hundred eighty pesos 00/100 M.N.) including VAT in Playa del Carmen, and $1,160.00 (one thousand one hundred sixty pesos 00/100 M.N.) including VAT in Cancún, Tulum, and any city between these locations and Playa del Carmen. This freight and assembly cost includes delivery on a day and time designated by PRISMA according to its city route plan, provided the customer is available and confirms. If the customer is unavailable, a second delivery day will be scheduled within the same route program designated by PRISMA until the customer is available.

- If the customer desires a specific and special delivery day and time, this service must be quoted with your sales executive to be scheduled.

- If the delivery address is in any city or territory different from those mentioned, this service must be quoted and paid for in advance to coordinate and route the delivery of the merchandise.

- Our Logistics team will make a phone call to coordinate with each customer the delivery day according to the established routes. Once confirmed and agreed upon with the customer, the delivery will be scheduled. A second phone call will be made the day before delivery to confirm that the delivery will occur the following day. If no confirmation is received from this second call, the delivery of the merchandise cannot be coordinated or routed.

- On the delivery day, each customer will be notified of the delivery status via a WhatsApp text message and email, informing the time the truck departs for the route, when it is about to arrive, and finally after the delivery has been successfully completed.

- The service of hoisting merchandise (using harnesses, ropes, and special materials to pass through a window when access is not available through the main entrance, stairs, or main corridors) will be quoted as special freight and must be paid for in advance to schedule the delivery. The cost of hoisting merchandise is $1,160 pesos (one thousand one hundred sixty pesos 00/100 M.N.) per piece to be hoisted. If the merchandise is delivered without prior scheduling of hoisting, our delivery team will proceed to deliver only the merchandise that can be carried up by stairs and elevator, and another visit will need to be scheduled exclusively for hoisting. The payment for this service must be made prior to the visit.

- The free delivery and assembly service on the designated day and time will be chosen by PRISMA according to its route schedule. Delivery can be made to any floor, level, or physical plant if the PRISMA logistics team is allowed to use an elevator with the merchandise; if the merchandise needs to be carried up the stairs, it can be done up to the 3rd floor or physical level, with the ground floor being the first level. Each additional floor, level, or physical plant has a cost of $250 (two hundred fifty pesos 00/100 M.N.) which must be paid in advance to coordinate the shipment. 

- The service only includes moving the merchandise from the parking spot of our truck to 25 linear meters to use elevators and stairs. If the merchandise needs to be moved over a greater distance, the cost of this service will be between $1,160.00 (one thousand one hundred sixty pesos 00/100 M.N.) for small orders (1/3 of our truck’s capacity), $2,320.00 (two thousand three hundred twenty pesos 00/100 M.N.) for medium orders (1/2 of our truck’s capacity), and a special higher quote for large orders (a full truck). Please quote this special service with your sales executive in advance.

- PRISMA’s service includes unpacking, removal of packaging, and assembly of all products purchased from us, but does not include installation of special products such as fixing natural parota headboards to walls, appliances, decorations, and accessories to walls and ceilings. Please quote the service for each of these products with your sales executive prior to delivery. If you contract the installation service for a solid natural parota headboard, the wall must be made of block; it cannot be installed on drywall or durock due to its weight.

The installation costs for these special products for turnkey packages are as follows:

- If the customer is not present or unavailable to receive the merchandise (after confirming the delivery day) when the delivery team arrives at the customer's address, the team will leave a visit notice after 15 minutes and an additional delivery service with the same cost as the original delivery must be paid for the next deliveries. If the first freight was free, the second delivery scheduled will have the cost described in the first paragraph of this section.

- If our Logistics team encounters any difficulties attending on the agreed delivery day, they will contact you by phone or text message on the delivery day to apologize and coordinate a new delivery and assembly date.

- Once the order is ready for delivery, the customer may delay the delivery for up to 1 month. After this grace period, each additional month will incur a storage charge of 3% of the total invoice amount. This amount must be settled before proceeding with the delivery.
